This replica comes from our workshop. We have carried out all the tests during assembly and before shipping in order to guarantee the best performance. If you notice a problem when you open the parcel or during the first shots, contact us directly at 0235003001 or by email.
All our customs or full upgrades are tested and recommend a type of gas, pellets or battery. If you do not follow the recommendations, you will lose your warranty.
Please note that original parts are not supplied with the finished product.
You will benefit from a 12-month OPS-store warranty on all parts and assembly. It does not cover any opening or modification by a third party, or failure to comply with the recommendations on the product sheet or below:
- Regular maintenance as recommended by our workshop
- Respect the running-in time for the various seals and chargers
- Use good quality bbs (Swiss Arms, RWA, BLS)
- Do not use BIO bbs from a bag that has been open for more than a few days
- Do not use silicone or oil in magazines, Gearboxes, chambers / Hop-up seals
