THE OPS-STORE WORKSHOP

The OPS-Store workshop team is here to listen to you and deal with any airsoft replicas or accessories that need servicing, whether they're under warranty or not.

Our service can help you with your repair requests, but we're also on hand to deal with more specific requests, such as upgrading or downgrading your airsoft replicas, or customising them as you wish.

After-Sale Service |

Our After-Sales Service team is able to handle the return of your defective product under warranty from A to Z, right up to the point of sending it back to your home. The aim of our technicians is to take particular care in monitoring the after-sales treatment of each replica or accessory dropped off in our workshop, whether it's a repair carried out on our premises under or out of warranty, or a return to our suppliers. All within a very short timeframe.

OPS-store can provide you with an individualised aesthetic customisation service to personalise your airsoft replicas and make them unique and out of the ordinary. Whether it's CERAKOTE, airbrush painting, water transfer or any other special request such as modifying bodies and parts or adding specific and/or personalised accessories, please contact our technicians on +332 35 00 30 01.

Your parcel shipped the same day!

We ship your order the same day, if your payment is received before 3.30pm and the items are in stock. The order is handed over to the carrier of your choice at the end of the day. You will then receive your tracking number by email.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
